Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

Statutory Rights Preserved
Nothing in this Return Policy shall affect your legal rights under the laws of Hong Kong, including rights arising from defective goods, goods not of merchantable quality, goods mis‑described, or goods not matching your order, pursuant to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Chapter 26) and Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Chapter 362). If goods are defective, faulty, wrong item shipped or significantly not‑as‑described, you are entitled to claim repair, replacement or refund as permitted by Hong Kong law.

Return Eligibility
2.1 Defective / Incorrect Orders (Statutory Claims)
If you receive:
Damaged, defective or faulty apparel (hoodie, t‑shirt, sweater);
Wrong item, wrong size, wrong design different from your confirmed order;
Goods materially different from product listing description.
You must notify our customer service within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. Please provide:
Order number
Photos showing defect / wrong item / package condition
Brief description of issue
We will review your submission. Where the claim is valid under Hong Kong law, we will offer one of the following options at our discretion: full refund, free replacement item, or store credit equal to product purchase price.
For valid defect / wrong‑item claims: we bear the cost of return shipping and reshipment cost.
2.2 Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Voluntary, Not Required by Hong Kong Law)
We do not accept returns or refunds purely for change‑of‑mind reasons (e.g. you dislike colour, fit, style, ordered wrong size by mistake) unless the item qualifies under our voluntary return arrangement below (this is a commercial gesture, not legal obligation).
Voluntary change‑of‑mind return conditions (all must be satisfied):
Submit return request within 7 calendar days upon delivery receipt
Clothing item is unworn, unwashed, no stains, no damage, original tags / labels intact, original packaging complete
Item is not custom‑printed / personalised variant
You obtain pre‑written Return Authorisation Number from our support team before sending goods back. Goods sent without RA number will be rejected.
All return shipping cost shall be fully borne by the buyer. Original delivery fee will NOT be refunded.
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods upon arrival. If goods show signs of wear, washing, damage or missing tags, return / refund will be declined and goods will be sent back to you at your cost.

Items Non‑Returnable
The below categories cannot be returned or exchanged, even within the above voluntary window:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged by customer use;
Products without original tags, original packaging;
Custom‑printed / personalised graphic apparel (as shown on krshop888.com hoodie & t‑shirt collection, where graphic is integral part of product);
Goods damaged due to normal wear‑and‑tear after use.
This clause does not exclude your statutory rights if item arrives defective on delivery.

Return Process
Email our customer service: [please‑insert‑your‑support‑email‑here], state your order number and return reason.
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number with return shipping instructions.
Securely repack merchandise, mark RA number clearly on outside of parcel.
Send back via traceable shipping service (buyer risk for loss‑in‑transit for voluntary change‑of‑mind returns).
After we receive and inspect goods, processing takes 7‑14 business days.
Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider / bank and are outside our control.

Shipping Damage on Arrival
If parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take photos of outer box and damaged goods immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess damage claims under Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance. Do not discard original packaging before claim assessment is finished.

Exclusions & Limitation
This policy applies only to orders placed on krshop888.com.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential loss (e.g. time loss, inconvenience) save for liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Any implied terms under Hong Kong statutes cannot be contractually excluded.
